Replicate and Build Functional User Dashboard Access

We have an Open-Source attack surface monitoring solution but want to fork and replicate features from the app to do additional features. We also want a front end user dashboard so that customers can sign up and pay a subscription model to allow the user to add x user roles whereby their dashboard will disable an array of data charts and provide features such delta differences in daily or weekly scans from the tools the platform uses.
More info will be provided but effectively it’s taking an open source tool and modifying it so that it remains but leveraged APIs to the Postgres DB to display data differently and add some additional functions which will require some data mods in the Postgres database.
Will require someone proficient in front end web app, Python with some knowledge of security development for this project?
