I'm seeking a developer to create a Vessel Charging Reporting System using C# .NET and PostgreSQL. Key Features: - Windows Service for Modbus TCP data collection - Store readings & charging sessions in PostgreSQL - Detect charging sessions (start/stop, kWh, vessel, port) - Secure Web UI for CRUD config, live dashboard (live charging sessions, historical data charts, system status), and history - PDF reports (daily charging session summary, vessel-specific reports) via scheduler, email delivery with SMTP - Fault handling with retry, logging, and recovery logic Milestones Breakdown: - Planning & architecture (10%) - Backend core + Modbus comms (15%) - Charging session logic (15%) - Web UI core modules (15%) - Reporting & email engine (15%) - Fault handling & logging (10%) - Final integration & testing (10%) - 30-day warranty period (10%) Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proficient in C# .NET 6+, PostgreSQL, Modbus TCP - Secure web development (username/password authentication, dashboards) - Experience with PDF reporting & SMTP email integration - Strong logging & fault-tolerant design skills Looking forward to your proposals!
