Enhancing Power Automate IT Ticketing System

Power Automate Ticketing System Enhancements We have an existing IT ticketing system built using: SharePoint List Power Apps Power Automate The basic system is already working. Users can create tickets and the workflows already exist. We need a Power Automate developer to enhance and improve the current solution. Requirements: Email Notifications Send email when a ticket is assigned. Send email when a ticket is reassigned. Send email when a ticket is updated. Send email when ticket status changes. Send email when a ticket is resolved or closed. Notifications should be sent to the requester and relevant assignee(s). Automatic Assignment New tickets should automatically be assigned to a default support person. IT support mailbox should receive notification of new tickets. SLA Management Add SLA support based on ticket priority (Critical, High, Medium, Low). Automatically calculate due dates based on priority. Detect SLA breaches. Escalations Automatically escalate tickets that exceed SLA. Send escalation notifications to requester, assignee, and IT support mailbox. Reporting and Dashboard Ensure ticket data is stored in a way that supports reporting. Create a dashboard showing: Open tickets Closed tickets Tickets by priority Tickets by assignee SLA breaches Resolution statistics Daily Summary Email Generate and email a daily ticket summary report to the IT support team. Deliverables: Updated Power Automate flows Documentation of all workflows ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We will need to connect via team viewer or anydesk to show you the existing flows and also when you are working because I can't share my account it is monitored. I need something that is simple as possible but working fine and user friendly. You will see the existing flows and work on these from there.
