Microsoft Power Dashboard for Pub Banking

Automated Daily Banking & Revenue Dashboard (Microsoft 365) I run a small UK pub with rooms and I’m looking for a Microsoft Power Query / Power Automate expert to build an automated daily banking and revenue dashboard. The objective is to eliminate manual spreadsheets, improve accuracy, provide real-time Month-to-Date (MTD) visibility, and automatically alert me to discrepancies. Scope of Work 1. Data Capture (Simple for staff) FOH daily entry (end of day): Date Till sales total PDQ total Cash counted Notes (optional) Accommodation daily entry (next morning): Date Room revenue Extras (optional) Notes (optional) Preferred method: Microsoft Forms (mobile-friendly). Data stored in SharePoint / OneDrive. 2. Automation & Processing Using Excel Power Query: Automatically pull and merge FOH & accommodation data by date Calculate: Expected cash Cash variance PDQ variance Total daily revenue Retain historical data (no hard-coded months) 3. Dashboard Excel or Power BI dashboard showing: MTD KPIs: total revenue, wet sales, accommodation, cash, PDQ, variances Daily breakdown: sales, PDQ, cash, accommodation, variance (clearly highlighted) Trends: daily revenue & cumulative MTD Must be: Fully date-driven Include a month selector Allow instant switching between months No separate dashboards per month (Optional) Monthly revenue target & MTD vs target. 4. Alerts (Power Automate) Automatic email alert if any cash or PDQ variance ≠ £0 Email to include date, amount, and issue type Optional weekly summary email 5.
