Power Automate & Xero Workflow Integration

I want to replace the copy-paste grind that still exists between Xero and our Microsoft 365 stack with clean, repeatable flows built in Power Automate. Almost all of our source data sits in Xero, yet team members end up shuttling the same information into SharePoint libraries and lists every day for filing, approvals and reporting. Here’s what I need from you: • Map out the touch-points where Xero data should automatically create, update or archive items in SharePoint. • Build and test the corresponding Power Automate flows, making sure they run reliably in a standard Business-Premium tenant. • Handle authentication securely (service principal / Azure AD app or other best-practice method) so the connection can survive password changes. • Provide concise hand-over notes: trigger logic, variables used, and screenshots of each action so I can maintain the solution. Acceptance criteria – A change to a contact, invoice or bill in Xero creates or updates the matching record in the designated SharePoint list within one minute. – Failed runs, if any, are logged to a dedicated SharePoint list with the error text. – No premium connectors beyond Xero and the standard Microsoft 365 connectors are used. If time permits, we can also explore automating related approval or onboarding steps, but the core deliverable is the rock-solid Xero-to-SharePoint data sync described above.
