Fix DAX Matrix Totals

The matrix in my Power BI dashboard shows the right values for each row, yet the grand total at the base is wrong. The model is a clean star schema: Project >Task < Calendar. The visual is configured to display a count of tasks, and several report-level filters and slicers are active, so any solution has to respect those existing interactions. I need a refined DAX measure—or a correction to my current one—that returns an accurate total while keeping every individual row count intact.
