Power BI Dashboard Enhancement

I have an existing Power BI report that currently reads live data from a Google Sheet. The core dataset and basic visuals are already in place, but I want the dashboard to feel sharper, run smoother, and guide users intuitively through the insights. The two focus areas are: • Visual Design – Apply a refined custom theme (brand colours, fonts, and consistent styling). – Re-work page layout and navigation so users can find key metrics in as few clicks as possible (think buttons, bookmarks, drill-throughs, tooltips). • Performance Optimisation – Review the data-refresh connection to Google Sheets. – Streamline any heavy DAX, visuals, or unnecessary queries that slow rendering. Deliverables 1. Updated .pbix file with the new theme, layout, and performance tweaks in place. 2. A short hand-over note summarising the changes, any DAX improvements, and recommended refresh settings. Everything must stay fully compatible with the current Google Sheet source—no migration to other databases for now.
