Wenn Excel, SharePoint, Aidoo, Zendesk, EGYM, DATEV und weitere Systeme jeweils eigene Strukturen und Aktualisierungszyklen haben, bringt ein schönes Dashboard wenig, wenn die Kennzahlen nicht eindeutig definiert und nachvollziehbar sind. Ich würde deshalb mit einer Bestandsaufnahme der Datenquellen und der wichtigsten Management-KPIs beginnen. Danach würde ich ein zentrales Datenmodell in Power BI aufbauen und die Quellen möglichst automatisiert anbinden. Besonders wichtig wären dabei saubere Zuordnungen über Standorte, Zeiträume und Kundendaten sowie eine klare Trennung zwischen Rohdaten, Transformationen und Reporting. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist die Datenqualität: Bei monatlichen Excel-Dateien oder unterschiedlichen Systemständen können schnell doppelte Datensätze oder abweichende Kennzahlen entstehen. Das würde ich bereits in der ETL-Struktur berücksichtigen, damit spätere Automatisierungen nicht auf fehlerhaften Daten aufbauen.
