I need an attractive presentation (preferably one sheet and to the point; bullets are fine), A letter to sponsors drafted, a power point presentation (reflecting the initial presentation and a drafted contract) This presentation will be targetting a new radio station to hire my services to arrange a Fundraiser as a Listener Appreciation event by way of a Grand Ball. Outside of costs and expenses 50% of the proceeds will go to a designated charity low on funding, 25% will go to the radio station (a 501c3) and the other 25% will come to my company which produces CREATIVE EVENTS. As the entertainment, we will feature 10 (3-5 minute snips of film from famous movies with dancing, tap dancing, etc). We will have a surprise guest, still living (like Tony Bennett), up and coming performers that sing the legendary music, a tap dancer, and a couple of dance numbers by two people (to a famous song from back then). The presentation needs to include their additional benefit of increasing listners and advertisers for thier station. The Ball will be annual and will serve the same purpose. Later on, I will also need a contract drawn up for us to sign. We will petition sponsors in the amounts of $100,000, $50,000, $20,000, $10,000, $5,000; tickets will be sold at $100 each. We will collectively identify five Charities to list on sponsor letters and while we are selling tickets.
I apologize for any confusion. I'm new to this site and am in need of a letter to propose a fundraising event to a radio station. I need this letter September 25th while I have thier interest. I need someone familiar with letters of intent in areas of Event Planning for businesses. I will then need a power point to present to their staff, then a contract specifying our agreement. I would like someone familiar with appealing to the companies I select to offer my services to, so that will include the freelancer researching that particular industry to speak their language. For instance a radio station wants more listeners and to attract advertisers. I hope I've been a bit clearer. The current bidders work thus far is fabulous and I will need their services, but right now I need to respond to the prospective client and convince them, I can do the work. I also need a letter drafted to sponsors for this event which is a Ball. I want a long lasting relationship with a freelancer for there will be other projects; like fashion shows, bounce house events, networking functions for other businesses to excel, etc.
