E-Commerce book store development and set up

We need to set up an e-commerce store that will sell books in many different ways, from regular sales to rent digital books. Also the product volume will be very high, around two million different products. We are looking for an e-commerce expert that can do a development over an open source e-commerce platform, better prestashop but can hear offers of other platforms like Magento.
E-Comerce site needs:
- Set up and little customization of a chosen theme
- We can provide a prestashop plugin already working to sync all the products catalog
- We need to set up the catalog to have the possibility of: Sell physical books, sell digital books and send download link, Let the customers download free books, rent single license of e-books and rent multiple licenses for ebooks. Also same product can exist in diferent formats as physical and e-book.
- We need to deploy same catalog in different stores, with the capacity of select which categories or providers go to each store. Multi-store is a must, same catalog managed from different stores.
- Second theme available on a different store ready to do a showcase with a book selection. Explaining the easy way, should be an easy interface kind of a "Netflix" to rent digital books.
- In terms of the indexer, we strongly prefer to adapt the solution to work with elastic search due the big amount of data.
- We can provide some pieces of the development as e-books readers, DRM, and other software pieces we have from other projects.
- We will need changes, code and project to be well documented.
- We will provide DEV environment.
