Outdoor Event Pull Up Banner

I need a visually striking pull-up banner designed to promote an upcoming outdoor event. The finished artwork has to stand up to strong daylight, so high-contrast colours and bold typography are essential. Final dimensions must be 850 mm x 2000 mm and the file should arrive print-ready with 3 mm bleeds, CMYK colour mode, and all fonts either outlined or embedded. My logo, event name, date, and a short tagline will sit at the top; sponsor logos drop to the base. I’ll supply these assets the moment we start, along with a rough hierarchy for the text. Feel free to suggest layout tweaks or complementary graphics that maximise visibility from a distance. Please build the file in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign—Photoshop is fine for any supporting imagery—then export a press-quality PDF plus the editable source file so I can make small updates later if needed. A quick mock-up on a rendered banner stand will help me visualise how everything fits before we go to print. Turnaround: first draft within three days, final sign-off no later than one week from project start.
