PNG & PDF Creation for Cards

Budget: The maximum I can pay for this project is $30 total. I’m open to bids, but they cannot exceed that amount. Description: I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer who can help me finalize and organize 22 digital products for my online store. Most of the materials already exist — they just need to be pulled together, checked for consistency, and packaged neatly. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the skills, could use the extra income, and wants to build an ongoing working relationship. What You’ll Do: • Review 7 card decks (multiple images per deck), 3 journals, and bundled products • Ensure all images match brand guidelines (logos, taglines, style, fonts) • Create print-ready PDFs for the card decks from existing images, following provided print specs (bleed, margins, resolution) • From 6 already-completed PDFs, create 3–4 listing images each (cover + a couple of interior page screenshots) for the shop • Locate or create PNG images where missing or inconsistent • Review each product to confirm it has all required components for the customer (PDFs, PNGs, mock-ups, instructions, etc.) • Create organized zip files for each product that include everything the customer needs • Take quick screenshots of other items when needed for listings Requirements: • Light graphic design skills — able to arrange images, follow print specs, and export as print-ready PDFs • Skilled in creating PNG and PDF files from existing text/images • Able to create clean, realistic mock-ups/screenshots efficiently • Experience organizing large sets of files and checking for visual consistency • Comfortable with zip file creation and folder organization • Attention to detail — every file must be correct before zipping • Able to work quickly and deliver within 2–3 days Deliverables: • 22 final, organized zip files (one per product) containing all customer-ready components • 3–4 shop images for each of the 6 PDFs • Print-ready PDFs for each card deck • All matching PNGs/screenshots included • Confirmation checklist that every product is complete and consistent Note: This isn’t a creative-from-scratch job — the majority of the content already exists. The main work is organizing, ensuring consistency, reviewing for completeness, and packaging everything so it’s upload-ready. Please share your portfolio and relevant experience.
