Resize A4 PDF to Custom

My PDF is currently set up as A4 (210 × 297 mm) and I simply need it converted to a new, custom size that I will provide in millimetres. Nothing in the artwork, text or images should be lost or distorted—please scale or reposition the layout so everything stays crisp, centred and print-ready. Once the file is adjusted, send back a high-resolution PDF with the new page dimensions embedded and no printer’s marks. A quick turnaround is appreciated; Adobe Acrobat or InDesign are both fine as long as the final file opens at the exact size I specify.
