Need to Develop Process Safety Training Course tailored for an Oil & Gas Production Facility to enhance the process & safety knowledge and operational competence of key personnel, focusing on risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Project Requirements The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Course Design & Development Develop a training curriculum and content aligned with industry standards (API, ISO, IEC) and regulatory requirements. Ensure the course incorporates the Hierarchy of Controls and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA). Structure content to address specific EPF operations, processes, and equipment. Core Training Modules The course must include but not be limited to: Overview of Early Production Facility (EPF) Operations: Processes, Utilities, Power Systems Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Flow Diagrams (FDP), and Heat & Material Balances (H&M) Material Properties and Safe Handling of Hydrocarbons & Chemicals Life Safety Rules Risk Management & Hazard Control Standards for Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical Integrity Equipment-Specific Safety Training Detailed safety procedures for critical facility zones including: Inlet Manifolds & HIPPS Systems Separation Units & Stabilizers Compression & Export Systems Storage & Transfer Systems Flare, Dehydration, and Vapor Recovery Units Chemical Injection, Sweetening, and TEG Systems Reporting & Documentation Develop training for effective use of operational reports: Daily Operations & Maintenance Reports Alarms & Trips Registers Clamps, Preventive Maintenance, and Anomaly Reports Training Materials Delivery Format Target Audience Operators Production Team: Superintendents, Supervisors, Specialists Maintenance Team: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical Engineers HSE Team Skills Required Proven experience in Process Safety training development for Oil & Gas facilities. Strong knowledge of industry standards (API, ISO, IEC) and risk management frameworks. Experience with technical writing, e-learning platforms, and multimedia content creation.
