The major purpose of this project is the exterior design for reinforcing abrasion-resistance and weight-lightening of adapter-point and development of independent adapter-point fastening method for excavation bucket. Detailed requirements 1. Original fastening system distinguished from existing products or competitors 2. Simple rotating action of around 90o (non-essential, but preferred condition) 3. Method which can fasten with Tip and Pin only (non-essential, but preferred condition) 4. Method which can fasten with wrench (non-essential, but preferred condition) 5. Original design for weight-lightening, abrasion-resistance reinforcement(Optional, extra points) Example of the existing commercial fastening methods 1.
