Product Sourcing Agent in Vietnam OR China

I am looking for a Product Sourcing Agent in Vietnam or China who will oversee the production and distribution of a new PC part. Your first task will be to bring a manufacturer online to start PCB and enclosure design as well as creating a complete bill of materials. During this time you will be translating between me and the manufacturer.
Your main roles will be:
- Find PCB a manufacturer that can:
--- Design/prototype
--- Source PCB components
--- Package the part
--- Certify the part
--- Ship to customers worldwide
--- Handle warranty claims/replacements
- Be a translator between me and the manufacturer
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Keep track of deadlines and keep me updated
- Visit the manufacturer and make video calls to me with hands on the part
You should have:
- Experience in negotiating and maintaining relations with manufacturers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin or Vietnamese
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- General knowledge of computer parts
