Macros Outlook – Auto Move & Send Emails
• Create 2 Macro buttons in Outlook (2013) to do the following functions in Requirements A.
• These macros needs to be easily installed on different computers/Outlook for multiple users who share the same mailbox
• Both buttons should have 2 options for manually auctioning each macro, or option set to auto where the macros run in the background once the criteria’s are met.
1. Macro 1
Step 1: Reply to all emails in the Inbox only with subject starting with “Purchase Complete. Reference“ sent from mailer@[url removed, login to view] only, with the saved signature e.g. “Signature Purchase Confirmation”
Step 2: Then move all these emails in the Inbox with subject starting with “Purchase Complete. Reference“ sent from mailer@[url removed, login to view] only, to a folder named “Purchase Orders”
2. Macro 2
Step 1: Move all emails in the Inbox only with subject starting with “A question on your listing“ sent from mailer@[url removed, login to view] only, to a folder named “Questions”
