I have developed several applications that use pinnacle, betfair, matchbook API and I will be happy to work on your project too. I am going to develop you database for storing your huge Excel file and for quickly reading matches data. We can check pinnacle with their API but bet365 can be only scraped. As I did similar project recently there will be matching names problem. For example in pinnacle the match can be called Man Utd vs Arsenal but in bet365 Manchester United vs FC Arsenal. Hello, Thanks for the opportunity to bid on this great project! I have experience in all parts of what you need and can build you a desktop application for you. I also have a Diploma in Software Engineering and Design. I have created my own software that can read Excel files and import the data into a database to be used in the software for other reasons. As well as having built my own piece of Desktop Software in VB.net and SQL databases which web scrapes bookmaker odds and Betfair odds through the API in order to analyse horse racing markets and trade them for profit! I can create a similar software which reads Pinnacle and Bet365 odds, saves them to a database and then compares them at the same time to the historical odds from your Excel sheet. I would first convert the excel file to the same format database so that it can be analysed and brought up easily! And of course, when it finds what you are looking for it would alert you by email! Your algorithms seem to be pretty understandable too. In order to do it my method, you would have to have the software running on a PC in order for it to be constantly checking the odds, but it would of course just run in the background.
