The Data Set comprises a random sample (n=1000) of call center representatives (CSRs) responses to a survey. Several demographic variables were captured as well as 36 variables measuring role ambiguity, role conflict, work overload, work-family conflict, IT support, organizational commitment, job satisfaction (both extrinsic and intrinsic) and intention to quit.
Run PLS model on all the variables given in the dataset and interpret the results. Write up the results of the model with appropriate appendices. .
The SPLSP file already has the data calculated and pathed to the appropriate variables. I need assistance interpreting the results and putting together a robust analysis with possible hypothesis.
The call center data has already been loaded and pathed in PLS. The part i need is to write up a set of hypothesis and provide Run PLS model on all the variables given in the dataset and interpret the results. Write up the results of the model with appropriate appendices. Running them shouldn't be that hard as they are essentially calculated already in PLS. Once you open the file you may need to calc again to display values. I need to have a robust write up. I can give you the name of the text we are using in the class if that will help provide additional insight.
