Dear Employer, I have checked the job offer that you have posted and I am interested in this project. I am a professional civil/structural engineer with a good background in project management. As a junior engineer, I don't have an extensive experience in this area; However, I am pretty sure that I am able to do a good job and provide the necessary deliverables. (I have proposed the minimum fees to make up to lack of an extensive experience) I see in this project a chance to grow and develop as engineer while deepening my knowledge and sharpening my skills. I expect this project to be a long term one, that is why in my proposals I have considered it to be to a 6 months long one. I propose the payments to be monthly.
