I need an Atlassian-savvy professional to design a future-proof Jira architecture that lets several teams in the same department run their projects smoothly under one cohesive umbrella. The focus is pure project management, so every choice—from issue types and workflows to shared boards and reporting dashboards—has to support day-to-day task tracking, sprint planning, and cross-team visibility without drowning us in complexity. Here’s what I expect: • A clear, documented scheme of projects, permission schemes, custom fields, and automation rules mapped to our multiple-team structure. • Best-practice workflows pre-configured in Jira Software that we can reuse or tweak, along with guidance on dashboards and filters that surface progress at both team and departmental levels. • A short hand-over session (live or recorded) so my teams understand the logic behind the setup and can scale it later.
