I understand you need a complete, permit-ready drawing package for a standby generator installation in Fremont, CA, similar to the generator site plans and engineering drawings I've previously prepared for clients in other municipalities. My expertise in navigating local building codes and electrical requirements will ensure a smooth submission process for your Briggs & Stratton 100 kW unit. My approach involves utilizing AutoCAD for precise site plan development, incorporating all necessary electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and load calculations. I will meticulously detail the generator's relocation, foundation requirements, and conduit runs, ensuring compliance with the City of Fremont's specific electrical and zoning ordinances. I'll also prepare all accompanying documentation, including equipment specifications and manufacturer cut sheets. To best tailor the proposal, could you clarify if there are any specific utility coordination requirements for this Fremont project, or if a preliminary site visit is anticipated? I'm available for a brief call to discuss your project in more detail and outline a precise timeline.

Hello Your project requires careful coordination between electrical, structural, and site requirements, and I can assist in developing a clean DWG/PDF package ready for permit review. I’ll focus on accurate generator placement, code-compliant details, and clear documentation that helps avoid unnecessary approval delays. Could you share the previous permit set and generator specifications so I can review the existing design approach and identify the required updates? Hi, I can help prepare the permit-ready generator relocation package for the Fremont commercial property, including updated site plan, electrical single-line, conduit routing, ATS details, grounding/bonding, load calculations, pad/foundation details, anchorage, equipment schedules, clearances, and code notes. I would use the previous permit package as the baseline, then update it for the new rear-right parking lot location and current City of Fremont requirements. For this type of work, I would coordinate the architectural/site, structural, electrical, and gas-routing details so the package is consistent and ready for plan check. If signed and stamped drawings are required, a California-licensed engineer would need to review and stamp the applicable sheets/calculations. I can also support plan check responses and revisions through approval. I’m familiar with preparing permit sets around CBC, CEC/NEC, NFPA 37, NFPA 110, commercial generator clearances, anchorage, ATS integration, and utility coordination. Question 1: Do you already have a California-licensed engineer for stamping, or should stamped drawings be included in the scope? Question 2: Are the previous permit drawings available in DWG format, or only as PDF? Regards, Houssame
