Looking for a SUPERSTAR FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to assist primarily on a variety of high-level business tasks. A committed and motivated individual who can provide efficient and effective support with a mix of valuable experiences in construction trade and industry, marketing, etc. The company is related to construction - painting and real estate business in the US. Need someone to help with administrative tasks, research, tendering, marketing, etc. Must be amenable to work during EST hours 7AM - 5PM subject to over time. All tasks as assigned from the CEO/President. We need someone who is EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and can handle pressure. Some of the mandatory skills listed below: -Excellent English language communication skills (speaking and written) -High organizational skills -Quick learner -Self starter -Punctual -Willing to grow and learn -Microsoft word, excel etc. -Must be computer savvy -Social Media marketing Some of the tasks would include: -Research -Schedule meetings -Book appointments -Help with HR -Administrative tasks -Shop/Receive quotes -Market research -Client communications -Social media marketing -Search engine optimization -All tasks as assigned
