Manager for real estate projects

We have a few real estate projects coming up and we are looking for someone who is excited about real estate. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the company including the following:
1. Lead the transactions including signing agreements on behalf of the corporation.
2. Manage the company expenses including paying contractors.
3. Follow up with the General contractors, Architects and the city planning/building department.
4. Coordinate with realtors, loan officers and attorneys.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
There is currently 1 active project and 2021 will likely have more projects. The job is expected to be at least 6 months and we can extend it on mutual agreement.
