Marketing Specialist wanted for up and rising MarTech Company -- 2

NOTE: this is a remote job for ROMANIANS only. (Please do not apply if you are not Romanian native) I want to invite you to work closely with me (the CMO) to grow businesses through strategic, performance-oriented marketing campaigns that deliver unique customer experiences. Your role will consist of 2 main activities: 1) Project management via ClickUp  - keep track of all projects & tasks  - organize work & transform ideas into actionable tasks  - work with specialized people in creating marketing assets (e.g. copywriter, designer, programmer) 2) Day to day marketing work - other small things that are time sensitive, like creating banners, updating a flyer on canva, or changing some copy on a website - research - time to response / reactivity is very important Responsibilities: - Work closely with the marketing manager, assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies - Project management on ClickUp - Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of ongoing activities - Market research (creating customer avatars, competition analysis) - Collaborate with and manage external team members  - Various marketing activities (uploading ads, emails) - Taking notes of meetings and turning them into actionable tasks - Creating presentations - Reporting Skills: - Great English (you’ll work on both EN and RO projects) - Excellent research skills (Google is your best friend) - Good knowledge of how online marketing works - Good understanding of social media marketing - Experience working with project management tools (such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc) - Experience working with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Worked with multiple marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics) - Self-managed and well organized - Do’er - Proactive Advantage: - Canva / Photoshop - Social media management - Copywriting skills - Wordpress - CapCut or other social media video editing tools About Us: At Martechies, we are a dynamic team of marketing and technology growth hackers dedicated to helping startups and scaleups uncover hidden growth opportunities.
