Web Soft Technologies is looking to hire a Project Manager.
Responsiblities if hired:
Receive project notifications from sales agents
Assign personel to projects, ensure they have proper notification
Ensure personel are working as instructed, and projects are being completed as requested by the customer
Ensure customer support is taken care of by personel
Answer any customer support requests escaladed to management
Provided reports to myself as to the status of projects/personel weekly

Let me begin by giving you an idea of a typical day (M-F)
In the morning you are to login to your staff account. From there you are to check for new projects received, and assign projects to personel. You are then to check for any management requested support tickets, and emails from customers/staff with project questions. This will typically take from 20-30 minutes of your day.
Next you are to check up on the employees. Are they performing their tasks (you can monitor the status of their projects, via the project manager, staff member are to post updates every 3 days). You will need to verify the project is being completed, and if the project is being completed on time. Most of the information will be held inside the project page, from project management. The first update they will post a url to view the project online. If you have problems with an employee not completing the tasks as requested, or posting false information in the project status page, you will need to inform me if this becomes a problem, and manual check the urls for this employee.
This typically only takes about 30-45 minutes a day, as the information is all on one page.
At this point you will be free to leave for most of the day.
In the afternoon/evening you will need to login to your staff account once more, and verify if there are any new projects, and assign them to personel. You will also need to check if there are any high priority support tickets, if not you may answer the remaining low priority the next day (Friday's you will need to make sure all support requests for management are answered, and employee's have been answering their support requests).
The entire process takes only about 2 hours a day. But unfortunately this is time which I do not have at the moment.
