Project manager with marketing experience needed to scale a course/coaching business

Swellhead LLC is expanding! Seeking a Project Manager with a background in marketing to support a coach/educator with (primarily) the scaling of a digital course and (secondarily) beta launching a premium 1-on-1 service. The second launch of the course is expected in the Spring of 2021. If you're a reliable, communicative, forward-thinking, detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, you may be a great fit for this job. Ideally, you'll look at the existing content and positioning in order to develop and execute a marketing campaign (including a newsletter series), improve website content and reach, and secure appropriate talent where necessary. Please be able to formulate effective SOPs, and use CRM tools in Active Campaign. Once procedures are created, you'll be responsible for creating onboarding processes for team members. We'll work together to come up with the best plan of action for this. A willingness to offer ideas for efficiency and efficacy is highly preferred. I welcome your application.

This job can be done remotely and is best suited for someone who can work during Eastern Standard Time (New York) business hours.

Job duties include:

Learning about the overall scope of the business and helping to develop a plan of action

Devising or overseeing the creation and implementation of a marketing strategy for a course launch and beta 1-on-1 coaching services

Writing or overseeing the revision of sales and landing pages for the course

Creating SOPs (including CRM using Active Campaign)

Writing or overseeing the revamping of website to drive traffic to services and improve SEO

Developing or overseeing social media campaigns, including choice of platform/s

Requirements:

Experienced and creative with operations, planning, and marketing

Strong writing/English grammar skills

Basic administrative skills

Outstanding copywriting skills

Video/Graphic Design background
