First (50 points):
Define a project with at least 15 activities (this may be the one you defined on your mid-term project or you may go for a new one)
Define activity durations according to PERT (a, m, b)
Define predecessor relations
Draw CPM diagram
Calculate total completition time with its standart deviation
Determine critical path/paths
Select a date later than your calculated completition date and calculate the probability of finisihing the project after that moment
Second (50 points):
Sellect any of two knowledge areas (except schedulling management and entegration management) and complete their documentation regarding to your project on step one.
First part can be calculated on paper and shared as photos.
Second part supposed to be completed on word or excel and loaded that way.
