Hi, saw your project. I think what is missing is the structure to make the workspace work properly. Here is how I would approach the rebuild of the workspace: * Board re-architecture. I would build an logical structure around how the team actually works, not how a template says the team should work. * Task delegation. I would make sure there are ownership columns, status tracking and handoff visibility so nothing falls through because someone assumed someone else was doing it. * Automated rollups. I would set up dashboard widgets that pull data so leadership can see the real picture without anyone having to update a report manually. * Resource allocation views. I would build workload boards so the team can spot problems. * Automations. I would set up status triggers, assignment notifications and deadline reminders to cut down on work. * API and integrations. I would use these where the native features of the workspace do not work well not to add complexity. * Handover documentation. I would make sure the team has the documentation they need to maintain and extend the workspace.
