i am based in Dubai UAE yet my Australian degree is being verified through VFS Global Sydney. Because the time difference makes real-time communication difficult, I need a Sydney-based professional to act as my local representative. Your primary responsibility is to liaise with the Records and Registration office each business day until the university issues its formal verification. This involves phoning or emailing the desk every morning, capturing any status updates or document requests, and—when remote contact stalls—visiting the campus in person to secure written confirmation. Deliverables • Daily report (before 3 p.m. Gulf Standard Time) summarising whom you spoke with, the exact update received, and next steps. • Scans or photos of any documents or letters obtained during campus visits. • Final confirmation from the university once verification is complete. If the process ever hits a bottleneck, a quick check-in with my existing VFS Global contact is acceptable, but the university channel remains the priority.
