Operations & Project Control VA (Systems-Focused Consulting Firm) ⸻ Project Description I’m building a small but serious consulting firm focused on operational clarity, structure, and execution. I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who can help me build and manage a project management system and keep work moving forward consistently. This is not a generic admin role. If you’re just looking to complete random tasks, this will not be a fit. ⸻ What You’ll Be Responsible For • Creating and maintaining a Baserow-based project management system • Organizing projects, tasks, deadlines, and priorities • Tracking progress and flagging blocked or overdue items • Identifying missing admin or operational tasks • Sending a weekly written status update (async) • Helping keep the founder accountable to timelines and commitments ⸻ Required Skills • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Baserow, Notion, etc.) • Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfortable following structure and documenting systems • Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing • Not afraid to ask questions or point out gaps ⸻ Hours & Rate • 10–15 hours per week • $2–$2.50/hour • Long-term potential for increased responsibility as systems mature ⸻ How This Project Will Start This will begin with a short trial period focused on: • Setting up the initial Baserow workspace • Creating project and task tables • Organizing current initiatives into the system If it’s a good fit on both sides, the role will continue. ⸻ How to Apply In your proposal, please answer: 1.
