The corridor must respect a minimum horizontal curve radius of 7 km, provide 50 m clear spans between piers, maintain an elevation of roughly 600 m, and hold grades to 2 % wherever terrain permits. Existing infrastructure—residential, commercial, or industrial—must be avoided entirely, so the study must work around every known right-of-way, utility, and built asset on the ground.
