I have a project that requires the services of either a sole entity or a company well versed in handling support tickets related to Web Hosting and cPanel.
Earlier this year I kicked off my own hosting company which has received alot of interest from current clients and a big handful of future clients which has prompted me to get some support in place.
As the company is still very young and I still work a full time job I need someone who is prepared to answer tickets and be paid on a per ticket basis. At the moment there will be very little if not no tickets that need answering as all my current clients know what they are doing.
With that said I would like to have something in place before I go taking on more and more clients then find myself with alot of upset customers.
As mentioned I am looking for a per ticket based price as there won't be many at all for now, although if anyone is happy to place monthly or yearly prices for me they would also be given heavy consideration as this business will be taking off over the next 18-24 months here in Australia aswell as the U.S and Russsia via semi-franchises.
