I have a project research paper about influence of e-service on customer satisfaction using multimedia services.
I will attach the files for you to review. Actually the one did the paper didn't complete it and I want it done before 30th of May.
The main thing missing are the questions related to the framework, independent and dependent variables, SPSS discussion: 1,2,3,4,5 are the points which are missing and the one did the paper keep repeating stages and flexible design research with out any data .
The main talak is about the IBM,HP, SKMM...only three pages were discussed regarding those companies. And it suppose to be an in depth research??????????
2)Theoretical Framework with the design patterns involved please include a brief discussion with figures.
3)Chapter III, research methodology includes many thery when you said that flexible research design is used but the content is full of good theory, but there is no raw data: the questions that will be used in the SPSS is not there, please balance between the theory and data.
4) On page 21: paragraph 2 . Hence, in the framework of the proposed case study, the data was collected largely by means of field notes and unstructured review (where are the field notes)..
5)Chapter 4 and 5 and one page summary.
