I own a small residential building with fewer than five units and I’m looking for a dependable partner to take over the day-to-day management so I can focus on other priorities. Your main responsibilities will revolve around two key areas: • Tenant management – advertising vacancies when they arise, conducting screenings, handling lease signings, collecting rent, and being the first point of contact for any tenant concerns. • Property maintenance – scheduling and overseeing routine upkeep, responding promptly to repairs, and making sure the property remains in great condition and fully compliant with local regulations. The size of the portfolio is intentionally modest, so I expect responsive communication, clear record-keeping, and a proactive approach to preventing small issues from becoming larger ones. If you have experience managing residential units of this scale and can demonstrate solid vendor networks or hands-on skills for basic repairs, I’d love to hear how you would keep both the tenants and the property in top shape.
