eBay and amazon HTML Listing Layout

This is a very simple project where we would like this PDF converted into a file (html) that can be copied and pasted into multiple eBay listings. We would also like to use a similar one for Amazon.com. As you can see, we will provide all of the content (text and images). There is still one more image that needs to be added that will go the full length on the left hand side, just a simple image that takes up the left margin. We are also open to suggestions; however, we want the eBay and Amazon listings to remain clean, simple, and brand consistent. Thank you for your interest!
