1113 PSD to HTML 2 pages fixed for website

Website is 90% completed, need someone to finish 2 pages to match a PSD photoshop file and code to make a simple mail form work. The 2 pages are a simple gallery to show portfolio of work (jpg images) that are controlled from a menu. most of the slicing is completed except the 2 gallery pages and the coding for each. Does not matter how you complete the code, can be html, php, or html or script that will work on a unix/linux server. Mail from is complete as far as design and slicing, just no code to actually send mail, can be as simple as needs be. I need someone that can start now and complete this project very quickly, if you are not able to start immediately and complete this please do not bid.
