Talent Window – Platform Overview
Talent Window (otherwise referred to as ‘the platform’) is a cloud based recruitment tool with a unique combination of technology that allows employers to source pre assessed candidates, more efficiently and at significantly lower cost than traditional agency use. Deployable across all sectors and applicable to both senior and junior candidates alike the platform has multiple applications in variety of resourcing environments.
Talent Window allows users to source candidates directly or from within a pre-assessed database. Testing and video interviewing capabilities are in built to streamline the recruitment process and significantly reduce cost per hire.
The online process followed on the platform closely mirrors and compliments the traditional recruitment process adopted at a senior level.
Core features include:
*Completely bespoke to every client with no set up costs*
*Gain insights via testing and video interviewing into candidates true skill sets and personality impossible using traditional pre-screening on mediums such as LinkedIn or job boards*
*Testing and questioning facilities – users can pose pre interview questions specific to each role, send prescreening questionnaires or other documents, review results at their convenience, where they wish*
*The integrated video interviewing platform allows users to design complete interviews specific to each role they are trying to fill and then have candidates undertake those interviews at their convenience (due to the nature of this time capture interviewing both parties can interview out of hours or away from the traditional environment). Interviews are available to be reviewed at the users convenience.*
*Candidates profiles and their responses/interviews can be viewed across the clients business by multiple stakeholders at any time – there is no need for everyone to attend an interview in a single location at a set time*
*The platform will contain at its core a database of preselected candidates that have first been assed by Talent Window in order to ensure they are of high caliber and well qualified for inclusion*
*Talent Window and its associated technologies can, with little extra development, be integrated into a clients current recruitment strategy across careers portals, social media and agencies.*
As part of the final stages of our first round of development we are seeking a partner to help us develop and integrate a psychometric test into our platform.
The first deployment of the platform is planned for the graduate sales marketplace and as such we are looking to integrate a simple test that will provide employer with a broad snapshot of a candidates key personality traits.
Whilst we will be guided by our partners initial requirements center around the design of a simple test based around key personality constructs (16PF or similar) that can be taken as part of our assessment process and the results displayed as part of a candidate profile (likely to be in numeric or visual format such as a graph or slide bars).
We have an experienced team of developers who will build the test it our existing site and are seeking a specialist partner who can advise on the construction of the test.
