As a full service event agency we also manage the material for our clients used on their exhibitions / events in whole Europe.
This contains production, management, storage and shipment of different types of event material.
At the moment all processes are managed manually with lots of excel files which is error-prone and time consuming.
In this project we would like to evaluate if NextERP can help us to manage our existing processes:
1) Shop Storefront
Customers have access to a personalized shop. Products / categories are different for each customer.
There are 3 main product types:
a) Variable items (eg print material): only produced once and shipped one-direction only
b) Fixed items (eg. LCD displays): preconfigured item, stored in our warehouse, shipped to the event and back.
c) Mixed items (eg RollUps system): preconfigured items which have to be customized per event
Customers need to have the possibility to define different consigne adresses per shipping
Based on the orders on the shop storefront we need to purchase different type of material
