Webscrape Wind Data

Job Description:
Using mainly Python Selenium and Pandas I would like to webscrape wind data from this website:
[login to view URL]
So - the user of python program would input say "Randwick, NSW 2031" and then click on the 'Wind' tab for 1-day.....and then scrape the data for the days wind. The data would be read to a CSV file. Look at the attached 'CSV EXAMPLE' file.
I am after the Python code that you write to do this scraping.
Please look at the website and make sure you can scrape the data before saying you can do this job.
