I would like to build a simulator for blockchain (prefer Python) that can: 1- generate transactions at random arrival time 2- propogate transactions to all peers in the network 3- miners esecute transactions 4- miners generate a block containing transactions 5- miners propogate the block to all peers 6- other miners verify the block and add it to their local copy of blockchain more details can be discussed via Skype. I want sb who is expert in simulation with a good knowledge of how blockchain systems (Bitcion and Ethereum) work.

Hello. Great idea! There are some simulators and test nets for Ethereum. But I think there is not any good tool for Bitcoin. I'm sure that some of your bidders can do it using Wordpress, PHP :). I have 12+ years of experience in programming and have played with Bitcoin and other altcoins since 2009 as a developer. I think I can handle this project.
