Build me a Python application to showcase or play 2 different videos parllely in a window to showcase the difference between the two

1. GUI should have option to take an input video
2. An option to play input video
3. There should be a drop down to select among methods 1~5
4. Based on method selected a video will be picked from local folder
5. Picked up video should be able to play on that GUI only.
