Continuation of a drop counting software

We need a python programmer to continue developing our drop counting software. We are in a phase where we need a person who is able to understand the operation of the drop counting algorithm (and explain it), enhance it and further develop it.
It is essential that the programmer has work with image processing and has developed/collaborated/worked with algorithms for counting objects through image analysis (specifically drops). Also, he/she must have worked/managed camera sensors and drivers (eg: sony IMX214, IMX317, among others) through Linux (Ubuntu).
- The developer will need to assess what has been done, walk through it with us and continue developing it.
We are open to hear from those who, with verifiable experience, would like to work on this despite not checking all the requirement boxes.
