1. The chatbot must receive information from the site [login to view URL] through the Webhook;
2. The chat-bot must accept from users daily or monthly payments in cryptocurrency or through payment systems for purchasing a subscription to receive this information (see paragraph 1);
3. The chat-bot in its dialogue should send this information to its users based on the filters that users will install;
4. The chat-bot must be with able to change configuration settings by administrator (by me).
