I am looking for a talented AI specialist to create a chatbot for customer service inquiries on both Facebook and Instagram. The chatbot should utilize machine learning technology, and have an integration with Instagram Direct. Specifically, the chatbot should be able to handle product inquiries from customers. Examples of customer inquiries include questions related to product features, pricing, availability, and more. Ideally, the chatbot should be able to understand inquiries regardless of the language used by the customer (mainly English and Traditional Chinese) and provide accurate answers in a timely manner. Successful completion of this project will result in improved customer satisfaction rates and a better customer experience.
