Create Python Script from an API

I am wanting a Python script built that will use the API here, [login to view URL]
Two separate (but very similar scripts) needed.
1.
The script needs to just check a single Google Location Query (example is I-80 Towing & Service, 1209 S 3rd St, Laramie, WY 82070, USA)
It needs to return the reviews.
The script will be ran weekly, and it needs to return any new reviews since the last crawl.
It needs to output the reviews to a csv file. I have a working API Key I can provide you while testing it.
Script #2:
I want a 2nd script that uses the Request Paramater of URL ijnstead of query.
([login to view URL]) - an example of this might be
params = {
"url": "[login to view URL]"
}
These are the 2 scripts I need. I also need them done very timely. When bidding, please indicate when you can have them complete.
