Data Export to Tax Software.

I need help from a Web app developer for my process. I am in the tax field and I use Excel Tax Workbook (attached) for my day to day work and I use Tax Software called CCH Axcess.
I need help from the developer to export data from Tax workbook to CCH Axcess without overriding any rollover information from prior years for each locator and also based on the client code and based on the tax year it should export the data to the software.
For example: If I am preparing 2 tax returns 1) is for 2021 and 2) is for 2020. based on 2020 or 2021 the tax data should flow to the correct year tax return inside the software.
Different Excel workbook for different types of tax return:
