Hello,
This is a data scrapping job request
I need to scrap all the data from [login to view URL] website for analysis. I need the script to be written in Python and I want to be able to run it from my computer to make updates. I am familiar with the beautifulsoup and selenium package, I saw posts online from people using those packages to retrieve the data from Centris so it is possible with them.
Centris currently has about 40k listing in Quebec – I only want multifamily data which has around 7000 listings presently.
data is under commercial filter property type Multi-Family
*Note Multi-Family data include plex data
The fields I need in my table are as follow:
- Price
- Date the property was posted on Centris
- Property ID per centris
- location (longitude and latitude, address, neighbourhood)
- Walk Score
- Real Estate Broker phone number and email
- Features: Use of property, Building Style, Year Built, Parking(total), Number of units, Residential units (quantity x size), Main Unit, Lot Area, Potential Gross Revenue, Building Area, Additional Features
Under the button Detailed Sheet in the summary of the property also retrieve the following information
- Tax rate (school tax and municipal tax)
- Total tax
- ASSESSMENT: year of assessment, Lot assessment, Building assessment and Municipal assessment
