Funded startup looking for experienced Python backend software engineer

This position is for an ongoing full time engagement and for a full-time position (40+ hours a week) . If you are currently committed to another project, we can wait for you up to 2 weeks.
We are a startup based in NYC. Our product is a new and innovative approach to cloud security.
The position involves python backend coding. You need to know python and the AWS stack very well.
We are really looking for very experienced programmers at this point.
Currently we have a mixed team of in-house and UpWork developers and are looking for developers that want to join our family - long term members that take sole responsibility over areas of our code and interact well with the other members of the team. At the same time, we are looking for independent “problem solvers” that enjoy challenging tasks and are able to deliver well designed, well tested and well documented code.
Most of the coding is done in Python on Linux OS and PyCharm.

- AWS - ECS, DDB, SQS, etc.

- Elastic Server
