A help needed on my psychology experiment codes based on Python/HTML/Javascript.

Hello,
I would like to hire a developer, who can help me build few codes for my psychology experiment. I am trying to build the experiment on the website called 'OtreeStudio.' The OtreeStudio basically provides most of the settings, and there are only two codes I need to set up. I think I can set up an ID/password on OtreeStudio so we can mutually test and see the code.
In my experiment, participants will solve mathematical problems. From grids (with 4x4 squares) that consist of 16 numbers, participants will choose 2 numbers that add up to 100. I can provide 16 numbers to build the initial grid. For other grids, I hope to change numbers in the grids so I can re-use the code.
That said, I need to build two codes: (1) enabling participants to click and choose 2 numbers out of 16 numbers on the grid (participants will be able to proceed to the next problem only when they answer the problem correctly, and (2) counting the number of problems participants correctly answer in three minutes.
These codes will require some knowledge in python/javascript/ and HTML.
